Participant Information

I acknowledge that participation in the 5K fun run organized by Keep Alton Beautiful involves inherent risks and dangers, and I voluntarily assume all such risks.

I release Keep Alton Beautiful and its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and agents from any liability for injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event.

I authorize the event organizers to secure emergency medical treatment for me if necessary.

I grant permission for Keep Alton Beautiful to use any photographs or recordings of me for promotional purposes.

I agree to comply with all event rules and instruction
